Tarbert Golf Club
The committee of Tarbert Golf Club invite you to enjoy a game on one of Argyll’s friendliest little courses.
This nine hole course, established on this site in 1924, is attractively situated on the shores of West Loch, Tarbert. It is the ideal spot to break up your journey to Kintyre, Islay or Arran.
Take the main (A83) Campbeltown road from Tarbert for a mile, follow the sign for Kilberry. The Golf Club Clubhouse lies on the right hand side of the road. A car park is situated at the 1st tee.
There is an honesty box inside the hut at the 1st tee and visitors should follow the instructions on the board on how to pay and play.
ARE YOU NEW TO GOLF?
If you are keen to have a try at golf but are unsure of the game and may be unwilling to commit to a full membership we can help!
In 2014 we introduced a scheme for adults who are new or returning to the game of golf.
This membership will be:-
- open to adults who are completely new to golf.
- Open to adults who are returning to the game after a break.
- will cover social golf and outwith competition times.
- will run for two years. Year 1 @ 50% of the relevant fee. Year 2 @ 75% of the relevant fee.
- at the end of that period graduate to full membership.
As part of the membership we will provide an introduction to the game.
